First class FREE! Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our classes run 60 minutes, and are total body workouts which incorporate power walking; optional running; strength; toning; songs; and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun classes in the North Metro Denver and Boulder County area.

First Class Free! Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy! Stroller Barre® classes are included in all FIT4MOM® membership options.

Body Back® Transformation is a life-changing 8-week program for moms of any age, whether you had a baby 3 months ago or 20 years ago!

Body Back® is an all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home streaming workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention as class sizes are limited. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!

This holiday Body Back Mini session lasts 5 weeks to account for the Thanksgiving holiday. Mini sessions are designed to kick-start your health and fitness journey, and/or help you stay motivated between 8-week transformation sessions.more

This special Body Back Mini Plus session gives you uninterrupted access to Body Back throughout this holiday season. In addition to the "Tame the Turkey" session, "Jingle the Jiggle" continues with drop in only classes through January 4, allowing participants to stay on track with their goals.

Mamas, do you want a baby/kid free High-Intensity Interval Training workout designed especially for moms of ANY age? Join our Babyless Bootcamp class! As part of our Body Back program, we offer our Babyless Bootcamp/Body Back Boost classes for moms who just want the baby free HIIT workout without the nutritional component of our Body Back session.

This is an add on service only. Your partner/significant other must be already registered for run club in order to receive this rate. This service allows you to train with your partner during their 8 week training period.

Group training runs take place every Saturday for an 8 week period.

Our FIT4MOM® Running Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. Solo and stroller running, welcome. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. Join us every Saturday morning!

Fit4Mom's Our Village is your place to, support, connect, empower, and make a difference. Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in North Metro Denver and Boulder. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us! Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!
