We are proud to offer fitness classes for any stage of motherhood!

Since 2001, FIT4MOM® has supported thousands of women through motherhood with its pre and post natal fitness programs. We take pride in being the Nation's largest and most recognized program of its kind that helps give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"

First class FREE! Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our classes run 60 minutes, and are total body workouts which incorporate power walking; optional running; strength; toning; songs; and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun classes in the North Metro Denver and Boulder County area.


First Class Free! Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy! Stroller Barre® classes are included in all FIT4MOM® membership options.


Body Back® HIIT Transformation Classes are 30 minutes of high intensity interval training along with a 15 minute warm up and 15 minute cool down and meditation. This class offers participants a child-free intense workout. Pre-Enrollment is is REQUIRED to reserve your spot. This is a child free workout and is the intensity level is not recommended for pregnant moms.


This mini session is a 4 weeks session.

Body Back is a program for mamas who are ready to make a real change. This is our most intensive program with one on one coaching and accountability every step of the way. With two High Intensity Interval training classes per week specially designed to maximize Body Back participant results, you will get stronger, leaner and more fit while losing weight and inches with the support of our highly trained Body Back pros.


Mamas, do you want a baby/kid free High Intensity Interval Training workout designed especially for moms of ANY age? Join our Babyless Bootcamp class! As part of our Body Back program, we offer our Babyless Bootcamp/Body Back Boost classes for moms who just want the baby free HIIT workout without the nutritional component of our Body Back session.

We are now allowing ANY mom to participate, whether she's a Stroller Strides member, Body Back alum or a mama who just needs get an amazing workout in on her own time!


10K Training - who is it for?

This training is for runners who can comfortably run 2-3 miles. We provide various levels of 10K training so that if you are a newer runner you can build distance safely or if you are more experienced you can increase your speed. This program is highly recommended if you plan to join our fall Half Marathon training.


Our FIT4MOM® Running Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. Solo and stroller running, welcome. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. Join us every Saturday morning!


Fit4Mom's Our Village is your place to, support, connect, empower, and make a difference. Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in North Metro Denver and Boulder. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us! Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!


1/2 Marathon Training - who is it for?
