Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week results based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebration your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

interval training along with a 15 minute warm up and 15 minute cool down
and meditation. This class offers participants a child-free intense
workout. Pre-Enrollment is is REQUIRED to reserve your spot.
* Body Back is intended to be a child free workout. During the free demo sessions we will have instructors on hand to watch and play with the kids. There will be no child care in a true Body Back transformation session (unless otherwise stated) and children may not attend. The intensity level of Body Back classes is not recommended for pregnant moms and it is recommended you wait until you are 3-6 months post-partum to being a transformation session.

We love to meet up at local coffee shops and restaurants so we can stick around and enjoy some awesome company after our runs. No running experience required!
