Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supporting and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week results based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebration your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Back® Transformation is a life-changing 8-week program for moms of any age, whether you had a baby 3 months ago or 20 years ago!

Body Back® is an all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home streaming workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention as class sizes are limited. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul.

This class offers participants a child-free intense workout. Pre-Enrollment is is REQUIRED to reserve your spot.

* Body Back is intended to be a child free workout. During the free demo sessions we will have instructors on hand to watch and play with the kids. There will be no child care in a true Body Back transformation session (unless otherwise stated) and children may not attend. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

Who is it for? Anyone comfortable with a minimum running distance of 3 miles. Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you! We welcome novice runners, seasoned runners, moms who haven't run since having babies, moms who are not FIT4MOM members, moms who are FIT4MOM members, working moms, and moms with or without strollers. Are you already comfortably running a half marathon distance? Use this training to PR at the Broomfield Trails Half Marathon or your next half marathon! We also welcome spouses/dads/partners at a discounted add-on rate.

This specialty program is open to everyone and will help you comfortably train to successfully run 13.1 miles.

*First group training run begins Wednesday, August 15th at 6:30pm

You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms.
