When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership fees upon release of your hold. There are no refunds for payments that have already been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received by submitting a Membership Change Form at least 2 days prior to the next billing date.

Recurring memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment or a $25 early cancellation fee will be applied. Memberships may be cancelled on accounts in good standing with at least one month's membership paid in advance of the cancellation. No memberships may be cancelled during a membership hold. Cancellations require one month's notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given for dues already paid.
