Playgroup: Thankful Turkeys

Join us for a fun playgroup following our Strides 360 workout. We will be starting our thankful turkeys for the month by making a body and using the feathers to say what we are thankful for in our life.
Field Trip: Read, Move & Groove

There will be NO stroller class this morning!
Lafayette Fall Fest

💜 Rescue Puppy Yoga finds fosters, funds and forever homes for animals in need. They're so excited to be bringing puppy poses and down dog a whole new meaning!
Class starts at 12pm

Class is 45 minutes long and you will have 15 minutes after class to take pictures, play and fill out adoption applications!
Field Trip: Fire Station Tour and Car Seat Check

Join us for a fun field trip! The fire station staff will take us and our little ones on a fire station tour. They will also be ready for any car seat checks that mamas might want to get done.

Join us for a fun playgroup directly after our Stroller Strides class. The kiddos will be making a tree with their hand and ripped pieces of paper. Such a fun little keepsake!
Moms with a Mission: A Precious Child

Join FIT4MOM North Metro Denver for our monthly volunteer opportunity at A Precious Child. Ages 5+ are welcome!
Here are the registration instructions for the rest of the year! Please register at least one week before the date. A Precious Child will release the remaining spots to the rest of the community if we don’t fill them, and they want time to be able to do that.

3. Once you have created your account or logged in, you will be re-directed to your groups volunteer event; click the red “Sign Up” button to register.
If the site doesn’t redirect you just click the hyperlink in step-one to get to your team’s specific volunteer shift.
4. Review our Volunteer Authorization, Waiver, and Release Form and accept that you understand.
5. Congrats – your registration is complete!

Join FIT4MOM North Metro Denver and Lafayette Library for another fun story time full of reading, dancing, and movement. We love this playgroup, and we so lucky to have the librarians from Lafayette Library join us once a month.
Playgroup: Trail Mix Friendsgiving

Join FIT4MOM North Metro Denver for a fun Friendsgiving. Bring a snack that goes well in a trail mix, and we will put all of the yummy goodies together for each kiddo.
Some ideas:
- pretzels
- m&m's
- marshmallows
- dried fruit
- chocolate chips
We will provide the paper bags and the kids can decorate them!
