Walktober
Join the challenge!
Join us for Walktober, a month-long step challenge that encourages movement, accountability, and community while supporting Keep A Breast. Set a personal step goal, track your progress throughout October, and help make a difference. Fifty percent of registration fees will be donated to Keep A Breast, with the remaining 50% contributing to the challenge prize pool.

Come move with us for a cause close to our hearts. Our special Breast Cancer Awareness workout will raise awareness + collect funds for Keep A Breast.
After class, a 2-time breast cancer survivor will share her inspirational story.

Halloween Class!
October 28 | 9:30am | Whitetail Park, Lafayette
It's our annual Halloween class! Come dressed in costume and bring something to give out to the kids while they trick or treat. This can be candy, stickers, toys, snacks, etc. but make sure to register early so we that we know how many kids to expect!
Pumpkin Class + Painting
October 30 | 9:30am | The Orchard, Westminster
Bring your pumpkins! You will get to lift and squat with them during Stroller Strides and then we will have paint and supplies for your kids to decorate them after class!
