You don't have to be a runner to join Run Club+. You just have to be a mom who wants to try.
This is FIT4MOM North Metro Denver's 8-week guided training program for moms running 5K, 10K, or half marathon distances. You get a structured training plan, weekly group runs, real coaching, and a group of women who will show up for you every Saturday morning.
Whether you've never raced before or you're chasing a PR, there's a spot for you.

Whether you’re lacing up for the very first time or chasing a personal record, Run Club+ meets you exactly where you are. Brittany with Mojo PT is joining us one morning to provide gait assessments and ways for you to prevent injury as you are training.
Neely Spence Gracey - run coach, mom, and held the world record stroller mile in 2023 - is spending time with our group one Saturday. Not a seminar. Just a conversation with someone who has run at the highest level and still knows what it means to juggle motherhood and miles.
