We are so excited to introduce you to our newest instructor! Meet Jess!

Jess has been attending Fit4Mom classes since summer 2021 with her kiddo. She always brings a smile to our stroller classes and joins our Run Club+ group on Saturday mornings for group runs. Read on to learn a little bit more about our newest instructor!

What do you love about Fit4Mom?

I love getting a workout while connecting with other mamas. We've both made great friends at class.

What are you most looking forward to as an instructor?

I'm looking forward to encouraging the mamas and cheering them on during workouts and in life.

Tell us a little bit more about yourself.

I'm originally from NJ. Outside of working out and running with my fellow mamas I enjoy crafting and reading when I can find the time.
