My husband Matt and I have two daughters Ellianna and Ayla. We moved to Colorado in summer of 2021.

WHAT IS/WAS YOUR CAREER?

Before taking a career break, I was a Business Analyst and Operations Consultant.

HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT FIT4MOM AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER?

I joined FIT4MOM when my oldest was 6 months old and we lived outside of Seattle. I saw some other moms working out in the park, and I thought that it would be a great way to make some mom friends. I've been a member of three different FIT4MOM franchises over the last 5.5 years.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT FIT4MOM?

I love the community, the workouts, and getting to spend time with other great moms who are also trying to keep little people alive.

WHAT HAS INSPIRED YOU THE MOST SINCE BEING A PART OF FIT4MOM?

I am inspired by all of the other moms! I am only juggling two kids, and I am in awe of moms with more kiddos to wrangle.

WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT HAS SURPRISED YOU ABOUT MOTHERHOOD?

I am most surprised of how proud I can be of my kids. No matter what they are trying to learn or do, I am always so proud of them.

WHAT ARE 3 OF YOUR FAVORITE THINGS?

Being outside, spending time with my family, exploring more of Colorado.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE A NEW MOTHER?

If I could give a new mother any advice, it would be to embrace life as it currently is, because life moves so much faster once you have a kiddo or kiddos at home.
