I am married to my husband, Sean, and we have an almost two year old! We love getting outside, hiking, pickleball, riding bikes, playing at parks.
WHERE ARE YOU ORIGINALLY FROM?
Louisiana but I’ve lived in Colorado for 12 years!
WHAT IS/WAS YOUR CAREER?
I am a full time mama and part time art therapist. I am also an artist and art teacher.
HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT FIT4MOM AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER?
I saw moms working out in the park and knew I wanted to join even before having my daughter. We have now been members for almost a year and a half.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT FIT4MOM?
Meeting other moms and forming a community!
WHAT HAS INSPIRED YOU THE MOST SINCE BEING A PART OF FIT4MOM?
I am inspired by the other moms. Their dedication and showing up even with an unhappy little one! So it inspires me to do the same, keep showing up just as we are.
WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT HAS SURPRISED YOU ABOUT MOTHERHOOD?
I am surprised at how quickly Josephine is growing up. How fast the time is flying!

Painting, reading and cooking/baking

Watching Josephine paint is such a joy, to share my passion with her. She loves to paint as much as I do!
