Introducing... Christine, our longest-running team member—literally! She’s been with us the longest and keeps our Run Club+ moving strong.
Christine became a member joining Stroller Strides in 2017 and became a Run Club+ coach in 2018 —and we couldn't be happier!

Who are you a mom to?
Ginny who is 9 and Robby who is 6
What do you remember about your very first FIT4MOM class before being on the team?
The fact that just getting out the door and to class with a baby felt hard, everyone completely understood that and was so supportive.
If you could only listen to one music genre for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Probably pop but I do love Christmas music
What's something most people don't know about FIT4MOM that you wish they did?
No matter your fitness level or stage of Motherhood, you can get exactly what you need out of every class, run, or event. Joining Fit4Mom is one of the best decisions that I've made for myself and my kids.
What's a show, podcast, or book you're obsessed with right now?
Right now I'm reading The Secret of Secrets by Dan Brown.
You're at your fav coffee shop - what are you ordering?
Americano with cream or an oat milk chai
How do you stay motivated on days when you're feeling unmotivated?
I try to break things down into smaller pieces so that it's easier to feel like I'm accomplishing something.
Favorite way to unwind after a day of momming?
Watching comfort shows under a heated blanket
If you could give one piece of advice to your younger, pre-mom self, what would it be?
Enjoy the moment. It's so easy to get wrapped up in having to plan everything that's coming up next, but try to take the time to be present and what's going on here now.
