Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Our Next Body Well Session Begins August 31!

Your body goes through a lot as a mom. From trying to conceive, to pregnancy and birth, to the challenges of raising our little ones and the scheduling-juggling chaos of school-aged kids, motherhood is no joke.
And that means that for many of us, we reach a point when we may need a little extra support to get our health in check.
We get it. We've been there. And that is why we created Body Well.
Body Well will help you, no matter what stage of motherhood you are in, to feel your very best.
Together, we will focus on fitness, nutrition, mental health, sleep, and more. All in an effort to help you focus on YOU and whatever goals you have for yourself right now.
So whether you want to lose some weight, do a push up, or master burpees - we can help.
Or maybe your goals are around nutrition- nailing those protein/fiber recommendations that can be so hard to figure out, or getting in more fruits and vegetables. Or even figuring out how to cook healthy meals you and your kids will eat.
Whatever your goal, Body Well can help you get there. You just have to get started.
Some moms use Body Well alongside their membership. Others treat it as their main focus for the month. Both are welcome.

2 Workouts to Choose from Each Week
- Mon/Wed 7pm at Anthem Community Park
- Tue/Thu 7pm at The TrainStation in Downtown Louisville
The classes will be a mix of Body Boost and Body Ignite workouts.
These workouts are closed group, offered exclusively for our Body Well moms.

- Customizable meal planning template + guidelines
- Recipe book including seasonal recipes
- Monthly focus with daily tips, prompts, and inspo
