Hi, I’m Cheryl! I’m a stay-at-home mom to a spirited almost 4-year-old son and a sweet, animal-loving 2-year-old daughter. My family and I moved to Broomfield in 2024, and Fit4Mom quickly became my village. I love connecting with other moms, encouraging them to feel strong and confident, and creating a space where we can laugh, sweat, and support one another. Outside of class, you’ll find me gardening, crafting, or chasing my kids (and our dog!) around the backyard.
