Sheet Pan Roasted Chicken, Sweet Potatoes, & Broccoli + Meal Prep

Made with ingredients like ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and tomato sauce this Instant Pot Picadillo makes a quick and easy dinner. This Cuban recipe is full of flavor and pairs well with rice for a complete meal.

Tip from Katrina - This one is great to use multiple times. Serve over rice one day, do quesadillas or loaded baked potato the next! Freezes great so do a double batch.

Tip from Katrina - I love tossing some rosemary sprigs and small cubes of potato in with this one to make it a full flavorful meal. Can reuse with pasta or eggs.
