MEET JENNA

Jenna is a professional organizer. Her motivation is to have an organized, decluttered home so that she can spend time doing what she loves. For Jenna, it's been a journey of developing systems that she can easily keep up. Rather than letting things (laundry, dishes, paperwork) pile up until I need to devote several hours to it.

Kids Tips

Babies

  • Don’t purchase a changing table – instead a dresser with a changing pad.
  • Furniture that will grow with them

Amazon Lists

  • No doubles
  • You only bring into your home what is approved by you

School Pictures

  • Put them in the back of the baby book
  • Or in a picture frame
  • Gift at graduation

School Papers

  • Get a bin for each kid. Set a time to go through it weekly.
  • Toss what you won’t keep. Label what you will.

Clothing

  • Shop off season for clearance items for the next season
  • Have a bin of clothing that is too big
  • Have a bin of clothing that no longer fits

  • Put the Laundry basket in the Laundry room only
  • Choose clothes for the week on Sunday

Bento Boxes for Lunch

  • Only purchase one per kid

  • Make toys look visually appealing so kids are more likely to play with them
  • Create a system that is easy for kids to help clean up

  • Have the kids draw their name, picture

  • Paper calendar on the wall for everyone’s access

  • Keep a running list
  • Save 3 hours/week

Use a splatter screen when cooking on the stove

  • Whatever counter you use for food prep – keep the knives, cutting boards handy

Process:

  • Choose your space.
  • Book a free consultation with me. This is where I will measure your space, assess the clutter, and talk to you about your preferences, including your aesthetic. I will take pictures of your space.
  • You will send me a deposit for product.
  • I will purchase the right product for your space and have it shipped to my house.
  • Install Day arrives!
  • I will purge. You can be as much or as little involved as you'd like. We can do it alongside each other or I can make a suggested donate/toss pile.
  • I will sort, organize and style your space.
  • I will organize it #butmakeitpretty.
