Morning stroller workout with your kiddos. Learn more.
Location: COplex (1776 Boxelder St., Louisville).
What to bring: For you: water, towel, yoga mat, or blanket, sunscreen, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing. For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any type of stroller.
