Makes 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup asparagus, chopped and pre-cooked (we recommend steamed asparagus)
  • 1/2 cup edamame, pre-cooked
  • 1/2 cup grain of your choice (we recommend quinoa for this salad)
  • 2 TBSP salad dressing of your choice (we recommend the Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette recipe in the Body Well guide)
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1. Mix all ingredients and serve.
